Where your data actually lives
We follow one rule: only promise what's true today. This page discloses where servent.ai runs, which services are involved, and what we're still working on.
Hosting & operations
The platform and your applications run entirely on infrastructure in Germany.
- ✓Data center in Germany. Hosted and operated at Hetzner in Nuremberg (nbg1) — servers, app operations and databases.
- ✓Database with no public IP. Your PostgreSQL database is private and unreachable from the internet; it never leaves Hetzner.
- ✓Self-hosted auth. Sign-in and identities run on self-operated Keycloak/Authelia — no external login cloud.
- ✓Self-hosted, cookieless analytics. Traffic measurement via self-hosted Umami — no cookies, no sharing with third parties.
- ✓Local backups, encrypted secrets. Backups stay on local EU infrastructure; credentials in Vault/SOPS. No CDN, no external fonts, no tracking in the customer path.
AI processing — transparent
Several AI models work together to build your app. We disclose which task is processed where — and where we're heading.

Our target is processing all roles in the EU. Moving chat & design to EU inference is in progress.
